Hatha Basics

Sundays at 11am-12:15pm

This class is designed for students who are new to yoga, reconnecting with their practice, or looking to deepen their relationship with mindful movement, breath, and body awareness.

Each class invites students to move with curiosity and presence while cultivating strength, flexibility, mobility, and autonomy within their practice. Through intentional movement and breath, we create space to release judgment and honor where we are each day — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

This is a supportive, accessible environment that encourages exploration, self-awareness, and compassionate movement for all levels.

Yin Yoga

Mondays 7pm-8pm

Price: Donation based starting at $10

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that combines breathwork with long-held seated and reclined postures, typically held anywhere from 45 seconds to 5 minutes.

Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy, this practice works deeply into the connective tissues and fascia while supporting energetic balance through the body’s meridian lines. Yin offers an opportunity to slow down, soften, and cultivate deeper awareness within both body and mind.

This class serves as a nourishing complement to busy lifestyles and more active movement practices, helping to support restoration, mobility, and nervous system regulation.

All levels welcome.

Payments will be accepted via Square with card or cash, link for payment is in the confirmation email when you sign up for the class through acuity.

Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

60 Minute Individualized Yoga Sessions

Each Yoga sessions is designed to help deepen your individual Yoga practice bringing mindfulness and awareness of the mind, body, breath connection. With 3 years of apprenticeship, 200hr EYT, and 5+ years of teaching experience, I integrate pranayama practices, anatomy, meditation, hatha, vinyasa, gentle asana, yin, and Yoga philosophy to help cultivate a space of growth in your personal practice. I have worked with people of all ages with vastly different reasons for starting their Yoga journey and will actively work with you on reaching your goals and creating a safe space for your practice to flourish.
